If you’re Kini or One Piece doesn’t fit right, let us work with you to make it right! Make sure you meet our exchange conditions below, then complete the form on the back of your packing slip and enclose it with the returned swimwear. If you need another copy, print it out here.

 

Return Policy:

  • Custom Items may be sent back for alterations. (see below for more info on this) Sorry, no refunds or credit issued for custom orders.
  • Pre-Made Black LUX Items may be exchanged or returned for FREE for a full refund. See conditions below.
  • Pre-Made Items may be exchanged for store credit or another size in the same style and color. If the size requested is not available, you will receive store credit. (All store credit is given in the form of gift card) Limit one exchange per item. No refunds.
  • Clearance Items: All Sales Final. No refunds or credit given for Clearance Items.

Exchange Conditions: 
  • All returned or exchanged items must be received in “new” condition: Unwashed, unworn, and unused. Free of any scents or substances. Please DO try it on, just be sure to wear your underwear underneath!
  • Please send back your completed exchange form and swimwear within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Save your tracking number! KaiKini Bikinis is not responsible for lost or delayed items.
  • For suit exchanges, please allow 3-5 business days from the time your item is received to send out your new item.

Pre-Made Black LUX Return Conditions:

  • Email us at Mahalo@KaiKini.com within 15 days of receiving your suit to get your pre-paid return label. (One label per order, US orders only)
  • International orders may return/exchange Pre-made Black LUX items, but will be responsible for their own shipping costs.
  • Items must be received in "new" condition according to the exchange conditions above.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for processing.
  • Your refund will be issued back to you on the same form of payment you used to pay for the order.
  • Once we process your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. 

Alterations:

  • Alterations are available for all Custom Orders 
  • For accuracy, try on your suit then fill out the Alteration Form.
  • After the form is filled out online, send back your suit along with your packing slip using your preferred trackable shipping method.
  • Save your tracking number! KaiKini Bikinis is not responsible for lost or delayed items.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for alterations to be completed. If you need it back faster, Rush options can be arranged via email.
  • We will ship your order back to you for free! (US orders only)

 

Defective Items:

It should never happen, but in the super slim chance you receive a defective item, please accept our sincerest apology. Please take a photo of the item and send to Mahalo@KaiKini.com along with your order number and name. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Refunds: 

We do not offer refunds unless goods are received in defective condition or they are part of Black LUX Collection. You may return pre-made items for store credit.

 

Return Shipping Instructions:  

If you're shipping from the US, we recommend shipping via First Class Mail, which is usually around $3 and takes 7-10 days to arrive. (The KaiKini mailer bags can be reused for your exchanges and returns.) If you need your exchange faster, we recommend using USPS Priority Flat Rate because it gets to Kauai in 3-5 days for around $6, but you may use any shipping method you prefer as long as it includes a tracking number.

For international returns, you may use your preferred trackable shipping method.

Shipping Your Order: 

Rush Orders (available periodically)
When you select the Rush Order option, this signifies the amount of days it will take until your order is ready to ship. (2-5 business days, depending on which option you choose) It does not include rush shipping. We will ship your order according to the shipping method you choose at checkout. If you need it fast, be sure to choose Priority or Express shipping! 

Production begins on the following Business Day. No Production during holidays or weekends.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days before it is shipped. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

We request USPS Delivery Confirmation on all shipments. Once it's confirmed as "Delivered", we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is confirmed delivered, but you didn't receive it, please contact your local post office and file a missing package report.

International orders are shipped via United States Post Service and FedEx. You will be liable for any duty or tax that your country might charge.

*Unfortunately international packages are not insured. We recommend arranging for separate insurance. KaiKini is not liable for lost packages.
