What Payment Methods do you accept?

All payments on our website are processed through Paypal. You can either pay with your Paypal account or most major credit cards.

My size is Unavailable - When will it be back in stock?

Some of our styles/colors are more popular and sell out faster. We update stock daily, so keep checking! We take pride in making the highest quality product possible, so it may take a little more time, but it’s worth the wait! You can also e-mail us with the style and color you are interested in and we can let you know if more stock is coming.

What does it mean to place a Pre-Order

Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are in production and available for purchase. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as it’s done being sewn! You will receive a shipping notification once the item in finished and shipped to you!

What happens if I am buying a Pre-Order item and In-Stock items at the same time?

Orders containing pre-order items will be held for shipment until all items on the order are ready to ship. If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders (one for in-stock items and one for pre-order items).

I'm so excited to receive my new KaiKini! How do I check the Order Status?

After you order from KaiKini you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipment notification email when your order ships. If you would like to review your order or check the status, you can log in to your KaiKini account and select ‘View Order Status’ from the options.

Can I order a different size top & bottom?

Absolutely! All of our bikinis are sold as separate tops and bottoms so you can mix and match prints or sizes to build your perfect KaiKini!

Can I order a specific print in a style that is not offered on the website?

We do our best to offer popular prints in a few different styles, but unfortunately we cannot make every style in every print offered.

Can you make me a custom KaiKini?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot do custom orders.

Questions About Shipping

When will my order ship?

For all orders, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Shipping can be as fast as 2 business days and most domestic orders will be received within a week from the time they are shipped. For delivery or shipping time frames, please visit USPS.com for delivery times.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped through USPS, you will receive an email with the tracking number and an expected delivery date.

I just placed my order today - will it ship out today?

Our office will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days, and most orders ship out the next business day.

Can you ship internationally?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

The cost depends on the shipping method (First Class/Priority/Express). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

How long does it take for international orders to arrive?

The time depends on where we are shipping to and the shipping method chosen. Some international orders can take up to a month or longer to arrive depending on if it gets caught in customs, but most arrive within 2-3 weeks.

What can KaiKini do if the online tracking shows the package was delivered but I never received it?

Packages are rarely lost, however, if your tracking number shows the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, follow the steps below. Please understand that KaiKini is not responsible for locating or replacing packages that are marked as delivered to the address specified during checkout.

  • Check with neighbors/family/roommates to see if someone else accept the delivery
  • Most of our packages are small enough to fit in your mailbox, but just in case, look around the delivery location and mailbox
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Contact your local post office with tracking number to confirm delivery

Questions About Sizing

I'm between sizes... which size should I choose?

Depending on the suit, we would definitely suggest sizing up on most of our bikinis. Keep in mind that our bikinis are pretty small and most of our bottoms are ‘cheeky!’ Read on below for more information about sizing for tops and bottoms.

How can I be sure I get the right fit in your Bikini 'Top?'

You can find the correct size top by comparing your Bra Size or Cup Size to our sizing chart here: http://www.kaikini.com/size-chart/ --- Also be sure to read any details regarding sizing in the product description of the bikini top you’re viewing.

How can I be sure I get the right fit in your Bikini 'Bottoms?'

Most of our suits fall low on the hip, so it is best to measure around the widest part of your hips, just below your hip bones – usually about 7-9 inches below your waist. Once you have your hip measurement, compare to our sizing chart to find your size: http://www.kaikini.com/size-chart/

Questions About Returns & Exchanges

What do need to include with my Return/Exchange?

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply package the item and ship it back to us following the instructions here: http://www.kaikini.com/shipping-returns/ - For faster processing, please be sure to include your receipt or packing slip in the package and fill out the Return/Exchange form on the back.

Can I exchange for a different style or print?

You can exchange an item for a different style or print if you change your mind. If exchanging clearance or sale items with significant price differences, additional charges may apply. We will contact you if there are any additional charges.

How long will it take to receive my refund after I ship my return?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Questions About KaiKini & The Bikinis

Where are your bikinis made?

KaiKini bikinis are handmade in small batches on Kauai! Each piece is stitched with love right here on the island that inspired them! We are proud of each piece we make. Each one is inspected at every step of our assembly line to ensure the highest level of quality. We take the time to make them right, and it’s worth the wait!

What are your hours?

We sincerely apologize if you have attempted to contact us and have been unsuccessful. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm HST (which is 2-3 hours behind PST depending on Daylight Savings time). Please email us at mahalo@kaikini.com and we will generally address your question within 24 hours.

What fabric do you use for your bikinis?

All of our fabrics are made in the USA. We use high quality elastic that is resistant to salt and chlorine damage. Each suit includes a high quality antimicrobial and moisture-wicking liner.

Do any of your tops have padding?

All of our tops are seamless and have no padding, but they all are lined with our High Quality, Antimicrobial, Quick Drying Liner that is thicker than most swimwear liner.

How do you recommend I care for my KaiKini?

You’ll definitely want to take good care of your KaiKini to maintain the high quality! To do so, hand wash in cold water and use a mild detergent. No bleach. Never put your KaiKini in the dryer – Hang or lay flat to dry in a shady area. Try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreen.
