We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days before it is shipped. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
We request USPS Delivery Confirmation on all shipments. If your order is over $250 we will request USPS Signature Confirmation. The USPS Proof of delivery will indicate that the item was delivered to the address specified during checkout via an online tracking number. It shows the city, state, and zip to which the package was shipped, the date the package was delivered, and its delivery status. For payments of $250 USD or more, a signature confirmation is required to ensure the package is delivered successfully. International orders are shipped via United States Post Service and we offer regular First Class, Priority or Express Shipping options. Unfortunately you will be liable for any duty or tax that your country might charge.
*Unfortunately international packages are not insured. We recommend arranging for separate insurance. KaiKini is not liable for lost packages.
You may return or exchange most new, never worn items within 30 days of delivery. No returns accepted on Clearance items. We will accept exchanges on clearance as long as stock is still available. To ensure we have the size you need, please contact us before initiating an exchange. For exchanges on items of a greater value than your original purchase, we will issue store credit to your KaiKini account.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Offers & other discounts are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
▷▶▷ For faster processing, please be sure to include your packing slip in the package and fill out the Return/Exchange form on the reverse side of your order information. The top section should be filled out if you are returning the merchandise for a Refund or Store Credit - just check the appropriate box.
If the Kini does not fit and you would like to exchange it for the same kini of a different size, send it back and specify the size requested on the bottom portion of the form. As long as the requested size is in stock, we'll send back the correct size free of charge!
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you're shipping from the US, you can ship via First Class Mail, which is usually around $3 and takes 7-10 days to arrive. (The KaiKini mailer bags can be reused for your exchanges and returns.) If you need your exchange faster, we recommend using USPS Priority Flat Rate because it gets to Kauai in 3-5 days for around $6, but you may use any shipping method you prefer. For international returns, you may use your preferred shipping method as long as it includes a tracking number. Ship to:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
