New and exciting changes are coming to KaiKini!
We want to improve our swimwear and grow our company. Over the next year, you will see changes, some temporary and some permanent, in the way we do business. Here's what will change and what we aim to achieve:
- A brand new line of swimwear! We have been designing NEW STYLES, with a focus on becoming truly SIZE-INCLUSIVE, to be launched in 2024.
- Beginning July 6th, we will be pausing our BUILD-A-BIKINI service. Our Ready-to-Wear options will expand and continue to be available for next-day shipping. This will be an indefinite (but temporary) change, while we work behind the scenes on new designs and production processes.
- TRY ON SUITS!! Beginning in July, you will be able to order and receive try-on suits in the mail before committing to a specific size. This service will replace our Fit Guarantee but will yield better fit results for more customers, reduce alterations and shorten production wait times.
- CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES will be added to our product line!
- MEASURING KITS will be available for purchase. These will include a tailors tape and samples of our current (and upcoming) fabrics. This is the perfect way for you to see and feel your way to the perfect suit!
- We are working to improve our WEBSITE, making ordering quicker and easier.
- Our VIP FIT CLUB subscription service will launch within the next month. This is a great add-on for KaiKini loyalists! Get monthly try-on suits, a measuring kit with fabric samples, monthly online fit consultations, club-exclusive suits and discounts, bonus loyalty points...and more!
- PRICING: Our prices for Ready-To-Wear and Sale items will remain the same during our transition. When our Build-A-Bikini service is relaunched, custom orders will increase. One Pieces, Long Sleeve and Keiki suits will increase by $10/piece. Non-reversible Tops & Bottoms will be $108. Reversible Tops & Bottoms will be $118.
- Our RETURN POLICY will be updated as our new programs are implemented.
