If you're shipping from the US, we recommend shipping via USPS First Class Mail, which is usually around $4 and takes 7-10 days to arrive. (The KaiKini mailers can be reused for your exchanges and returns.) If you need your exchange faster, we recommend using USPS Priority Flat Rate because it gets to Kauai in 3-5 days for around $7, but you may use any shipping method you prefer as long as it includes tracking number.

For international returns, you may use your preferred trackable shipping method.

When you make an appointment for our private fitting service, you will meet with a KaiKini Bikini expert on video chat or in-person at our studio in person.

Depending on your needs, she will offer personalized advice for styles and fabrics that will flatter your body best. She can also walk you through how to take accurate measurements.

When you work with us, the fit is guaranteed. This means that if after meeting with us your suit needs a size adjustment, we will fix it for free!  (See Free Size Alterations for more details)

You are under no obligation to buy anything during a fitting appointment. It is a FREE service offered to help you find the perfect suit for your beautiful body. 

When you book a Private Fitting to create a custom suit, the fit is guaranteed. If after meeting with us your suit needs a size adjustment, we will fix it for free + shipping.

Be sure to contact us within 15 days* of receiving your item via email at Mahalo@KaiKini.com. Ship your suit back using any method you prefer, we'll make the size corrections to your suit and it will be back on your doorstep within 14 business days.

This includes pieces you've had for years that might need a little sprucing up. We'd much rather try to fix it for you than have you throw it away!

Alterations range from $15-40 depending on what you need done.

Please TRY ON THE SUIT and then email us at Mahalo@KaiKini.com with this info:

1. What part of your suit needs altering? (ex. the straps, the chest bands, sizing overall)

2. How much would you like removed or added? (ex. 1" shorter shoulder straps, 1 cup size bigger)

-> Send pictures if possible- we cannot guarantee your alteration without seeing the suit on you.

You get one free size alteration only if you had a consultation or concierge service with us ;)

The free alteration covers SIZE adjustments only. We are happy to make your suit bigger if it is too tight, or smaller if it is too loose. We can also adjust the cup size of a top, and adjust string and strap lengths.

-> Changing or altering the style of the suit is not included in the free alteration.

Our most supportive top is the Ekolu top! It has worked wonders for anyone needing extra support for the “ladies” without putting any pressure on your neck.

The Mahina with Napali back or the Mahina with Waiea cross back are also very supportive, and offer a more feminine look.

If you prefer a one piece, we recommend the Kailani. It goes up to size 36DDD and ties in the back for very comfortable support.

Our full coverage offers more coverage than cheeky without that “diaper butt” shape. More coverage and still super cute!
