Do you offer Rush options? 

Periodically, depending on our production schedule and sometimes by request, we offer rush order options for custom orders. 4 Day Rush Option- $20: your custom suit is made within 4 business days (and ships on the following business day)

NOTE: This signifies the number of days it will take until your order is ready to ship. It does not include rush shipping. We will ship your order according to the shipping method you choose at checkout. If you need it fast, be sure to choose Priority or Express shipping! Production begins on the following Business Day. No Production during holidays or weekends.

 

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to virtually any address in the world. International orders are shipped via United States Post Service and FedEx. You will be liable for any duty or tax that your country might charge.

*Unfortunately, international packages are not insured. We recommend arranging for separate insurance. KaiKini is not liable for lost packages.

How long will it take to get my order?
There are two factors that determine how long it will take for you to receive your order: (1) How long it takes us to make your suit (production time) and (2) how long it takes the shipping carrier to deliver it to you (shipping time). 

 

Production Time
CUSTOM ORDERS take 3-5 weeks to create. Each piece is hand-cut and made right here in our studio on Kauai. They are made to the best of our ability with the highest quality standards ensuring that your suit will last years, not months. We believe longevity is our biggest contribution to sustainable fashion.

RUSH ORDERS ship within 4 business days and are available periodically (or by request) for custom orders depending on our production schedule.

PRE-MADE ITEMS ship within 1-3 business days.

 

Shipping Time
Depending on the shipping provider and method you choose, shipping can be as quick as 2 business days. Free shipping within the US takes 5-7 business days. Shipping time estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page when you checkout.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

• Within the US we use the United States Postal Service
• For Canada, Australia, and the rest of the world we use USPS and Fedex

 

What do I do if my package is lost?
This very rarely happens, but just to be safe, we always request Delivery Confirmation on all shipments.

If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance at checkout, make a claim HERE.

If not, once your package is confirmed as "Delivered", we are no longer responsible for it but can assist in helping you find it. If your package is confirmed delivered, but you didn't receive it, please contact your local post office and file a missing package report.
